Common questions
We didn't buy our devices through Apple directly. Can they still be enrolled?
Yes. Devices bought through most Apple Authorised Resellers can be added to Apple Business Manager. For existing devices already in the wild, we can enrol them via other supported methods too.
Can existing devices be brought into zero-touch?
Zero-touch (Automated Device Enrolment) applies to devices in ABM. Existing devices not in ABM can still be enrolled and managed: we'll assess your fleet and recommend the cleanest route.
How long does setup take?
