Terms of Business

Last updated: 2 September 2026

These Terms of Business explain how you hire TechCitrus Ltd. They sit next to our Privacy Policy. If you have a signed proposal or service agreement with us (the “Agreement”), that document wins if anything here conflicts.

This page is how we work. It is not a signed contract on its own, and it is not legal advice. Current packages are on Pricing.

1. Who we are

TechCitrus Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17284186). We provide Apple device management and support to businesses. Questions: hello@techcitrus.com

2. What these terms cover

They cover use of techcitrus.com, enquiries, discovery calls, and any managed services we later provide. Submitting the contact form, booking a discovery call, or reading this site is not a contract. Nothing is binding until we send a written proposal and you accept it.

3. How we start

1. You enquire. We reply within one business day. 2. A free 30-minute discovery call. We will say, plainly, whether we are the right fit. 3. A written proposal: scope, price, and when we would start. No jargon, no hidden fees. 4. You accept in writing. Onboarding is typically 2–4 weeks from that point. There is no long-term commitment to enquire.

4. Packages

We sell per-device managed services, not a general IT shop. Current packages are Licence Only, Business Standard, and Business Premium, as described on Pricing. We will tell you which one fits your fleet. You can start on Business Standard and upgrade later; there is no penalty for upgrading. Jamf Pro and Jamf Protect licences are included in the per-device price where the package says so. You do not buy them separately from us.

5. Fees and payment

Fees are per device, per month, as set out in the Agreement. The rate scales with the fleet: more devices, more; fewer, less. We typically work on 12-month agreements. Shorter terms for a defined project are available if we agree them in writing. Invoices, due dates, and any deposit are as stated in the Agreement. If payment is late, we may pause work until it is current, and a late fee may apply as set out in that Agreement. We do not change the agreed per-device rate mid-term except as the Agreement allows (for example, a change in device count).

6. What we do

We deliver the package in the Agreement: Jamf management, enrolment, security, and support as scoped. Support is remote-first. Response times, coverage hours, and any SLA apply only where the Agreement states them. Marketing lines on this site (including "fast-response" or "priority") are not an SLA until they are written into that document. We recommend Jamf Cloud for new deployments. Existing on-premise Jamf Pro is fully supported; we will not push a cloud migration unless it is the right fit.

7. What you do

You remain responsible for: - Apple Business Manager (or Apple School Manager) access we need to enrol and manage devices - A named contact who can approve changes - Accurate information about the fleet, identity provider, and existing MDM - Devices, accounts, and networks we have not been asked to manage - Not asking us to break Apple's, Jamf's, or anyone else's terms, or the law You are the Apple customer of record unless the Agreement says otherwise.

8. Term, renewal, and ending

The initial term is as stated in the Agreement (typically 12 months). It then renews as that document says, unless either of us gives notice in the way it requires. If the engagement ends, we will help you export configuration we hold, within reason, and we will not withhold access as leverage. Jamf licences we purchased on your behalf end with the Agreement unless Jamf allows a transfer and we agree it in writing.

9. Confidentiality

Each of us keeps the other's confidential information confidential, and uses it only to do the work, except where the law requires disclosure or the information is already public through no fault of ours.

10. Liability

We are not liable for Apple, Jamf, or other vendor outages; your internet or premises; devices that are not enrolled; or loss we could not reasonably have foreseen. Our total liability under an Agreement in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us under that Agreement in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else UK law does not let us limit.

11. Apple, Jamf, and Microsoft

Apple, Jamf, and Microsoft are trademarks of their respective owners. We are an independent consultancy. We participate in Jamf's partner programme and describe ourselves as a Jamf Professional Partner / Jamf MSP Partner on this site. That status is between us and Jamf. It does not make Apple, Jamf, or Microsoft a party to your Agreement, and none of them endorse or guarantee the work we do for you.

12. Privacy

How we handle personal data is in our Privacy Policy. Data questions: privacy@techcitrus.com

13. Changes

We may update this page. The date at the top is the latest version. We will tell active clients about material changes. The Agreement you already signed still governs that engagement.

14. Governing law

These terms, and any Agreement, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
